Bill also leaves eleven great-grandchildren and a sister, Mary Jane Bottoms of Washington. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Bonnie and Cletus Mangin; his wife, Virginia Mangin; his daughter, Susan Bennett; and sister, Virginia Bradley. Visitation for Bill Mangin will be 9:00 am-10:50 am, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, 315 NE 3rd Street, Washington, Indiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Bill Mangin immediately following the visitation on September 23, 2025, beginning at 11:00 am, also at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Father Paul Ferguson will be the celebrant. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery. The Washington American Legion and VFW will accord military honors at the gravesite.
