st. Most importantly, Eva taught us how to use our hearts to the fullest. She made sure that all her "kids" were loved, including the neighborhood children that needed a ride or a meal, or all the bonus grandkids she "adopted" whenever she spent time with her grandchildren and their friends. Born on March 23, 1937, Eva was always a force to be reckoned with. She didn't know how to take no for an answer, and frankly, she always got her way. Even as she grew weary over the last few months, she continued to show love for everyone around her by being as sassy as ever. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Millie Stevens; her husband, Bud Booher; her son, Mitch Booher; her grandson, Chuck Cleghorn; and several siblings and their spouses. Eva is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Brian) Landrum; her daughter-in-law, Kathy Booher; her sister, Elda Mae Weaver; grandchildren, Ryan Booher, Sean (Kortany) Booher, Kyle Booher, Katie (Brady Bowdoin) Landrum, Susan (Heath) Sandlin, Stephanie (Antwan) Odom; family friend, Beth Shrontz; great-grandchildren, Jack, Wyatt, Jenaya, Jaylen, Foster, Evalee, Allison Maltz, Kelsey (Jake) Bryson, Mason, Jake, Braxton, Nathan, Noah; and great-great-grandchildren Anderson and Miles. Eva will be sadly missed by her extended family and long-time friends. Her family says it will be hard to imagine holidays and events without her hugs, smile, and sass. In the meantime, they promise to cheer on the Marion Giants and the Hoosiers, and maybe even Alabama football. They know she's watching them (and their choice in slot machines!) from her final resting place. Arrangements for Eva have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western AVenue, Marion, Indiana 46953, where on Thursday, July 7, 2022, there will be a visitation held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Marion Giants' Alumni Association to support her favorite team. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.armeshuntfuneralhome.com.
