John D. Izzo, "Davey" Greece: Passed away peacefully on November 2 2018 with his family by his side at age 85. John is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joanna (Iorio) Izzo; daughters, Jonna (MaryAnne) Izzo, Jeanna (Steven) Michaels, Joyce (Jim) Ellis; grandchildren, Andrew Michaels; Melissa (Drew) Cusimano, Christopher (Nicole) Marianetti, Heather (Joe) Llaneza Tori (Devin) Drees, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Special thank you for the loving care John received at Latta Road East Nursing Home, Unity Hospital 4200 Wing, Dr. Lisa Downing-Forget and Hildebrant Hospice. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Humane Society at Lollipop Farm in John's memory. John was proud of his service to our country in the US Army from 1954-1956. John's life story will be shared during visitation, Wednesday 4-7 PM at the funeral home 1411 Vintage Lane (between390 Long Pond Road), His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 9:30 AM at St Lawrence Church, 1000 N.
