Karen Lowe

Karen Jayne Lowe was born in Waterloo, Iowa on December 26, 1956, the daughter of Donald Seedorff and Laurine Wright. She grew up and attended school in Waterloo. She went on to attend college in Iowa Falls. Karen raised her family in Iowa Falls and lived in many places before settling in Algona. Karen had a love for animals especially her dog and horses. She enjoyed spending time with her family, taking walks, and crocheting. Karen died Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center in Mason City. She 62. Karen is survived by her children, Christy Lowe of Des Moines and Jason (Amy) Lowe of Algona; mother, Laurine Wright of Fresno, CA; step-mom, Judy Seedorff of Waterloo; grandchildren, Tyler Lowe, Zachary Lowe, Cassidy Lowe and Chelsie Lowe; siblings, Sue (Ray) Keninger, Michael (Linda) Seedorff, Kathy (Brad) Forbes, Joyce (Steve) Landers, Matt (Donna) Seedorff, Debra Foster and Jayne Wright.
