Joyce K Kiplinger

Joyce Kay Kiplinger, 75, went home to be with the Lord at her residence on Sunday, February 15, 2015. She was born May 20, 1939 to Lewis and Susie (Piatt) Applegate in Muncie. Joyce was a Health Care Homemaker, had owned Applegate's Floral, worked at Wal-Mart, and was a girl scout leader for several years. She also enjoyed many years of camping with her family. She was a member of the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. Joyce is survived by her children, Wayne (Betty) Kiplinger, Debra (Dennis) Hurst, Jack (Kellie) Kiplinger, Jr., Kathy (Frank) Whitmore, and Melissa (Dean) Blevins; grandchildren, Brad Kiplinger, James Kiplinger, Benjamin Hurst, Joshua Hurst, Ashley Huntley, Abigail Miller, Lacy McBride, Clayton Kiplinger, Dylan Blevins, Catelyn Blevins, Sydney Blevins, and several great-grandchildren; special nieces, Barbara (Dohn) Terrell and Marsha Strouse. She was preceded in death by her parents her husband, Jack Kiplinger, and several brothers and sisters. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 11-1:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Funeral Home with the service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will take place at Elm Ridge Memorial Park Mausoleum.
